Must Haves for Baby Registry 2024

Getting ready for baby, starting as baby registry, and adding things to it can be exciting!  For many first-time mom’s it can be overwhelming and confusing with so many products to choose from and different conflicting advice.  

Well, I hope to offer you a guide to make building a baby registry list a breeze and a little more fun!

Hi! My name is Marra and I am a mama of a sweet toddler and a pediatric occupational therapist.  Bella just turned two, but it feels like yesterday that I was building my own baby registry and making sure I had everything ready for her.

Over the past two years so many of my girlfriends who are expecting came to me for advice on what baby products to put on their baby registry. 

This was not only because I had recently gone through this process myself but because I have spent years working with babies young children with a variety of developmental needs and have been recommending products to their families. That support their child’s development.

It’s important to know that not all of the individuals or companies that design products for babies really have a clinical expertise in child development or seek strong evidence that supports their product design. 

Don’t get me wrong, some companies do a great job at this.  Other companies might be focusing more on making the parents lives easier and less on what is best for baby from a developmental perspective.

So, I have created this post to share my favorite products for you to help you create an amazing baby registry list (or pick up some last-minute items for baby) with top quality products that focus on your baby’s development and needs.
